The public domain VisioKey application ("VisioKey App") available for mobile devices is developed by AMCS Elettronica Srl, a company based in Italy at via Achille Grandi, 5c - 20062 Cassano d'Adda (MI).
This page is intended to provide visitors with information relating to the Privacy Policy respected by the VisioKey App. The VisioKey App is provided "as is" to users ("Users"), who by installing it on their mobile device automatically accept this Privacy Policy.
The VisioKey App can interact via internet only with elevators enabled to Visiolift.com Remote Monitoring System and allows Users to register calls with their mobile device without having to come into contact with the elevator surfaces.
The VisioKey App does not collect and process any sensitive data relating to its Users (such as name, surname, email address, authentication data or information that allows personal identification).
The VisioKey App uses the camera of the mobile device in order to scan specific QR codes placed near the elevator. Images captured with the camera are not saved in any way on the mobile device or other storage media.
The location of the device is used only to verify the distance of the Users from the lift in order to validate call registration. Location data is not saved tracked and do not remain recorded on the mobile device or on other storage devices.
The VisioKey App uses third party services that may collect personal information. Below is the link to the privacy policy of the service used:
